For many years Montana Corporate Finance Limited has been arranging commercial finance for businesses in the UK; originally for small and medium sized businesses, especially property investors and developers seeking commercial mortgages. The Senior Consultant was an Independent Financial Advisor and Residential Mortgage Broker at a sister firm and simply did not have the time to dedicate to purely arranging commercial finance. However, with the introduction of a new key consultant the business expanded to include a full commercial finance brokerage service. So successful was this that we now routinely receive very high value enquiries for finance from businesses not only within the UK but also from abroad.
We routinely work with other professionals, especially Chartered Accountants, Solicitors, Surveyors and other F.C.A. Registered Firms, in order to help arrange business finance for their clients; and are no longer limited to any particular type of commercial funding product/service; always trying our utmost to help each client by "blending" different types of finance to meet each unique need.
Typical enquiries now vary enormously from a few hundred thousand pounds sterling to many millions of pounds sterling and, in some cases, considerably more; either via a direct mandate with the client or via our subcontract service. As a result of this we also work with other Commercial Finance Brokers/Master Brokers/"Packagers", if appropriate, where specialist help is called for. Why? Because we are not arrogant enough to assume that "we know it all!"
Montana Corporate Finance Limited is a member of the U.K.'s National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, not only abides by its Code of Practice but also by the spirit in which it was created. Consequently we are against any unethical behaviour, corruption and, where appropriate, refer such matters to the appropriate authorities - in order to protect the reputation of the Industry, our extended professional network and the client's best interests.
